Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

GreenIQ offers refunds under specific circumstances to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Service not delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation
  • Technical issues preventing service usage for more than 7 consecutive days
  • Significant service downtime exceeding 20% in a billing period
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase (Starter plan only)

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom engine development work already completed
  • Services used for more than 30 days
  • Annual plan subscriptions after 14 days
  • Enterprise custom solutions after project initiation
  • Third-party integration costs
  • Data export or migration services

3. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our support team at refunds@greeniq.ai
  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund
  3. Include relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review
  5. Receive confirmation and refund timeline

Required Information:

  • Account email address
  • Transaction ID or invoice number
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Supporting evidence (if applicable)

4. Refund Timeline

  • Review Period: 3-5 business days for refund approval
  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Debit Card: 7-14 business days after approval
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 2-5 business days after approval

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Service downtime exceeding 10% but less than 20% in a billing period
  • Unused portion of annual subscriptions (prorated)
  • Cancelled add-on services
  • Downgrade from higher-tier plans (difference amount)

6. Cancellation vs Refund

Service Cancellation:

  • Can be done anytime
  • Service continues until billing period ends
  • No refund for remaining period
  • Data retained for 30 days

Refund Request:

  • Must meet eligibility criteria
  • Immediate service termination
  • Money returned to original payment method
  • Account permanently closed

7. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:

  1. Contact our senior support team at disputes@greeniq.ai
  2. Provide additional documentation or clarification
  3. Request escalation to management review
  4. Consider mediation through consumer forums if needed

8. Special Circumstances

Force Majeure:

In cases of natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseeable circumstances affecting service delivery, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Service Discontinuation:

If GreenIQ discontinues services, all active subscribers will receive prorated refunds for unused service periods.
