By accessing and using GreenIQ's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered marketing engine services.

2. Service Description

GreenIQ provides AI-powered marketing automation services including but not limited to content generation, email marketing, social media management, and analytics. Our services are designed specifically for Indian startups and businesses.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is due monthly or annually as per your chosen plan
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Annual plans offer 25% discount compared to monthly billing

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us. We collect and use data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

GreenIQ retains all rights to our software, algorithms, and proprietary technology. Users retain ownership of their content and data. Generated content through our AI becomes your property upon creation.

8. Limitation of Liability

GreenIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you retain access to your data for 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
